Overview Calling Visionary OB/GYNs: Shape the Next Era of Collaborative Maternity Care in Southern Fairfield County, CT. Become the leader of our “Oula provided by Stamford Health” — a first-of-its-kind midwifery-integrated OB/GYN practice in Connecticut. Stamford Hospital is seeking a dynamic leader to head a collaborative team of certified nurse-midwives in a model that values partnership, respect, and innovation. This is your opportunity to combine hands-on clinical care with meaningful leadership—mentoring midwives, guiding best practices, and championing a patient-centered approach that empowers women and families.

As a Planetree hospital, we are committed to personalizing, humanizing, and demystifying the healthcare experience for patients and their families. Our approach is holistic and encourages healing in all dimensions — mind, body, and spirit. Our care partner, Oula Health, is redefining midwifery maternity care with a research-backed, patient-centered model that delivers better outcomes, including lower C-section rates and higher VBAC success.
