We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development & Growth Specialist to join our revenue team. This unique role sits at the critical intersection of sales and marketing, offering a chance to not only generate sales pipeline but also to directly influence the strategies that create it. We see this position as a force multiplier: a talented sales developer who amplifies their own success by making intelligent, data-driven adjustments to their lead generation channels. You will be empowered to independently operate like an owner, using platforms like 6sense and LinkedIn to refine targeting and optimize campaign performance. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be balanced between direct sales development and the marketing strategies that enable it.

Sales Development

Drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement.

Expertly articulate the TaskEasy value proposition to engage potential clients and qualify their needs.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings set for our Account Executives.

Independently manage all activities and maintain excellent data hygiene within our CR.

Growth Marketing & Strategic Optimization

Analyze the performance of lead generation channels to identify what’s working and where opportunities for improvement lie and make updates.

Utilize our marketing tech stack, including 6sense, to identify in-market accounts and improve targeted campaign strategies.

Act as a key feedback loop between sales and marketing, providing strategic insights on lead quality and market trends.

Proactively test and refine outreach messaging and tactics to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

2−5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performance.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be persuasive and professional over the phone and in writing.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.

An analytical curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind marketing and sales performance.

Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

A huge plus: Experience with Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX) concepts and platforms like 6sense.

A huge plus: Hands-on experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft).
