What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement

Expertly articulate the employer's value proposition to engage potential clients and qualify their needs

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings set for Account Executives

Analyze the performance of lead generation channels and implement improvements

Provide strategic insights on lead quality and market trends to enhance marketing strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

2?5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performance

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed

An analytical curiosity and interest in understanding marketing and sales performance

Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX) concepts and platforms like 6sense

Hands-on experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft)
