What you’ll do

Sales Development: Drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement

Articulate the TaskEasy value proposition to engage potential clients and qualify their needs

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings set for our Account Executives

Grow and manage activities with excellent data hygiene within our CRM

Growth Marketing & Strategic Optimization: Analyze lead generation performance to identify opportunities for improvement and make updates

Utilize marketing tech stack, including 6sense, to identify in-market accounts and refine targeted campaign strategies

Act as a key feedback loop between sales and marketing, providing strategic insights on lead quality and market trends

Proactively test and refine outreach messaging and tactics to improve conversion rates

What you’ll bring

2−5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performance

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be persuasive and professional over the phone and in writing

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed

An analytical curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind marketing and sales performance

Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment

Experience with Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX) concepts and platforms like 6sense is a plus

Hands-on experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft) is a plus
