What to Expect

Manage large-scale corporate transformations, including carve-outs and integrations across various industries

Lead multi-disciplinary teams in IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure timely execution

Oversee program orchestration, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and executive reporting

Manage budgets and analyze financial implications to preserve deal value

Coordinate technical workstreams with third-party vendors and service providers

What is Required

Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience

Successful completion of a four-year college degree

Strong understanding of M&A deal structures, including purchase agreements and Transition Services Agreements (TSAs)

Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams

Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week

How to Stand Out

Extensive hands-on experience managing carve-outs, integrations, or large-scale corporate transformations

Familiarity with antitrust, data privacy, and compliance requirements impacting transitions

Forensic attention to detail and a positive mindset

Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems

Skilled at managing third-party vendors and holding them accountable
