Lead the comprehensive execution from the bidding phase to delivery of a major highway project in North Carolina. The role will ensure compliance with technical, financial, contractual, and sustainability objectives. The Project Director will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing key stakeholders, and delivering operational excellence throughout all phases of the project. Key Responsibilities
Direct the planning, execution, and closure of the construction project from bidding to final delivery. Lead project budget, schedule, execution and risk management. Stakeholders’ management: relationships with local authorities, clients, partners, and subcontractors. Lead operational, design, procurement, project controls, finance, human resources, and the rest of the teams in multicultural environments. Oversee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Promote innovation, digitalization, and sustainability in project execution. Required Profile
Education: Civil Engineering or equivalent. MBA or project management training is a plus. Experience: Minimum 15 years in major infrastructure construction at executive project management level. Languages: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus. Key Competencies: Leadership, strategic vision, resilience, multicultural team management, results orientation, negotiation skills.
