The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and expand strategic client relationships, with a focus on the retail and CPG sectors. This is both a leadership and hands-on growth role, requiring a strong balance of strategic account management, consultative sales, and team mentorship. You will be responsible for developing and executing account and sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success while collaborating with cross-functional Infogain and Revel teams. What You’ll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to retail/CPG executives, shaping digital and AI-led transformation strategies. Develop and implement account growth plans aligned with Infogain’s revenue goals. Lead and mentor account/sales teams, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer centricity. Build and expand executive-level relationships that position Infogain as a long-term transformation partner. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AI, data, platforms, and modern engineering. Negotiate high-value contracts and structure solutions that balance client success with Infogain’s growth objectives. Collaborate with internal teams—design, engineering, marketing, delivery—to ensure flawless execution and measurable outcomes. Track, report, and forecast sales performance, pipeline, and KPIs using CRM and reporting dashboards. Represent Infogain at industry events, partner forums, and conferences, strengthening our presence in the retail ecosystem. Stay ahead of market shifts, innovation, and competitive activity to inform account and growth strategies. What You’ll Bring

10+ years in enterprise sales, client services, or strategic account management, including leadership of account or sales teams. Strong record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales cycles. Experience leading digital transformation, AI, and engineering engagements that deliver measurable outcomes. Deep understanding of retail/CPG challenges and opportunities—from omnichannel and personalization to supply chain and data/AI adoption. Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and data-driven sales reporting. Preferred Attributes

Experience in technology services, consulting, SaaS, or retail-focused solution sales. Familiarity with enterprise deal cycles and complex account governance. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams. Seniority level
