Our recruiting team supports software and firmware hiring across Energy Engineering. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best engineers to Tesla. This position can be based onsite at Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA. What You'll Do
Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity What You'll Bring
2+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in an in-house environment Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends Working knowledge of common software and/or firmware engineering skillsets Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow Benefits
