Overview DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design, develop and implement software solutions that enables Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) at scale. Design software solutions that deliver fast, resilient and efficient continuous integration (CI). Involved in all aspects of the SDLC including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of systems with micro-serviced architecture at scale.

Analyze requirements, incorporate architectural standards into design specifications, document specifications, and translate requirements into modules.

Identify or troubleshoot code-related issues and participate in code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural specifications.

Assist with design reviews and advise on integrating requirements into designs and data flows.

Participate in project planning with project managers, business analysts, and team members to outline proposed solutions.

Assist in deployment and maintenance of systems with micro-services architecture at scale.

Qualifications Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Program Analyst, or related occupation.

Three (3) years of experience with designing software using Java; build tools with Maven or NPM in enterprise-scale CI systems.

Two (2) years of experience developing software using Python.

Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases.

Experience with test/scan frameworks (Selenium, SSAP, Fortify, Raven, Swagger).

Experience building REST APIs that integrate with front-end and back-end systems.

UNIX/Linux commands for file management, process control and system navigation.

Deployment of Spring or Spring Boot-based applications.

AWS deployment practices; deploying applications to VMware-based cloud platforms.

Cloud deployment tools using Cloud Foundry and Terraform Enterprise.

Deploying JavaScript projects using enterprise-scale CI systems.

Compensation Full-Time. Salary: $148,600 - $185,000 per year.
