The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Lead or Senior Project Engineer to join/support the BTI team in Everett, WA. We are Boeing Technology Innovation: Boeing's global research and development team developing and implementing innovative technologies that make the impossible possible and enabling the future of aerospace. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in Product Development in the Electrical Integrated Product Teams (IPT). This role requires strong business acumen, communication and problem-solving skills to build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders and partners, with a collaborative spirit for cross-team and cross-functional alignment to ensure business goals and objectives are met. Position Responsibilities

Guides the successful completion of aspects of major programs and may function in a project leadership role; erroneous decisions or recommendations may impact major organizational objectives. Represents the Electrical organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects; interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters requiring coordination between organizations. Collaborates with a program’s IPT in the development of SSOW and Source Selection in support of SOW, including providing technical evaluations, risk and opportunity mitigations, planning, and performance. Partner with the program’s Supply Chain in oversight and management of key partnerships, suppliers and industry development partners. Collaborates with the program’s Supply Chain to ensure seamless supply chain management, coordination of deliverables, communication, and performance reporting across program teams. Maintains metrics on all aspects of industry performance to plan in support of the Program Integration Office, including advance procurement planning to define buy-to packages and participation in make/buy determinations. Integrates across IPTs and functions to resolve cross-team issues related to partnerships and industry integration, as appropriate. Provides cross-functional, cross-IPT coordination, communication, and issue resolution to integrate program partnerships and industry requirements for a successful air vehicle modification program throughout the lifecycle. Provides technical solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity. Supports partnerships and industry integration content for program reviews (IBR, SRR, PDR, CDR). Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry 9+ years of experience with project planning, scheduling, project management or related experience 5+ years of experience on research and development, prototype, or modification programs Ability to travel up to 10-20% of time, domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications (Desirable)

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience on Electrical Subsystems and Electrical Design statements of work Advanced technical education from an accredited engineering program Additional Details

Salary and Benefits: Total Rewards package with competitive base pay and variable compensation; eligible employees may enroll in health, retirement, and time-off programs. Pay ranges vary by location and are based on experience and market considerations. Summary pay ranges: Lead (level 4) $122,400 - $165,600; Senior (level 5) $150,450 - $203,550.
