Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Associate, located on-site in Florham Park, NJ. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling various litigation tasks such as drafting legal motions, conducting legal research, attending depositions, and representing clients in court. The role involves working closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the efficient management of cases and effective advocacy for clients. Qualifications
Proficiency in civil court rules and drafting legal motions Strong research skills and experience with depositions Experience in handling court proceedings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey Previous litigation experience is a plus Seniority level
