Jet Support Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic
Cloud Infrastructure Lead
to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in Azure, demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, and expertise in designing resilient infrastructure solutions and implementing disaster recovery strategies. The Cloud Infrastructure Lead will play a critical role in ensuring our systems are high-performing, reliable, and secure. Responsibilities
Design and configure infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of the business, leveraging Virtual Machines, AKS, Managed SQL Instances, Logic Apps, and other services. Lead complex cross-team initiatives and drive business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing efforts. Administer, monitor, and support the organizations Azure tenant, Windows Server environment, and ancillary systems. Design, implement, and maintain observability, monitoring, and alerting systems to proactively track application performance and system health. Lead incident response to ensure issues are communicated and resolved expediently. Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Bicep to automate cloud resource provisioning and reduce manual processes. Implement and support cloud network and security services, including Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups, Azure Private Networking, DNS, Application Gateway, and Azure Front Door. Configure and support Cisco Meraki network hardware and M365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team. Oversee cloud governance policies and optimize costs. Respond to security alerts to eradicate threats within the environment, remediate vulnerabilities, and oversee Cloud Security Posture Management. Research new technologies, conduct POCs, and recommend improvements. Create and maintain system architecture and procedural documentation. Participate in on-call rotation and perform off-hours support and maintenance as required. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience in Information Technology roles. Minimum of 5 years experience supporting the Azure Cloud Computing Platform with an emphasis on Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, SQL managed instance, and Azure firewall. Minimum of 5 years experience administering M365 environments with an emphasis on Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in cloud infrastructure. Experience with automation, IaC tools, and scripting languages, particularly PowerShell. Advanced knowledge of security and network protocols. Experience implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, CCNA) are a plus. Compensation and Benefits
At JSSI, we are committed to rewarding our team members with competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect their contributions and talent. For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $145,000 to $150,000, with the final offer determined by factors including market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan, or other form of additional compensation, based on your role.
