to lead our high-profile operations across two vibrant locations: Sodexo Headquarter’s

Pike & Rose

and

Research Grove , just 15 minutes apart. This is a

highly visible leadership role

supporting Sodexo’s C-suite executives. As the

Workplace Experience

Multi-Service General Manager , you will be the

#1 on-site leader , responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a talented team, and delivering exceptional workplace experiences. What You’ll Do Lead operations across two sites: Pike & Rose : Café, Catering, and Mailroom services Research Grove : Coffee bar with grab-and-go offerings

Supervise a team including: 1 Executive Chef 8 Hourly Employees

Manage kitchen production (off-site), budgets, and financials Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives Coordinate and execute high-end catering events, dinners, and receptions Support mailroom operations (minimal scope) Oversee Research Grove’s $250K business unit What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
