Senior Finance Manager, Commercial Finance

is an integral part of the Away From Home (AFH) Commercial team, providing key financial analysis and insights to the AFH Business Unit. This individual will own the financial reporting and pricing of key customers within Away From Home, while working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operational counterparts on strategic initiatives. The individual will drive channel projects and important routines with significant Senior Leadership interaction. What’s on the menu? Analyze customers, competitors, and KHC to optimize pricing and discounts to drive profitable growth Lead pricing strategy for the request for proposal (RFP) process from end-to-end, from setting the bidding strategy through negotiations and ultimately, closure Develop and present business cases to senior leadership to influence portfolio and category strategies Partner with marketing, sales, and operations during new product commercialization and capital investments to improve ROI Continuous improvement: Simplify and standardize legacy processes to leverage best practices and unlock new insights Enhance reporting analytics and support enterprise initiatives to enable data-driven decision making for leadership and cross-functionals Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you! BA/BS in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is required, MBA or advanced degree preferred 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting Prior Commercial Finance / Revenue Management experience preferred Thorough understanding of the full PnL and associated metrics Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP experience Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills Hard working, capable of coping with pressure and deadlines Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values. New Hire Base Salary Range: $118,400.00 - $148,000.00 Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
