Conduct programmatic analysis of federal grants, evaluating implementation, outcomes, and compliance across state, tribal, and nonprofit organizations Monitor grantee performance using data and stakeholder engagement to assess compliance with funding objectives and federal regulations Support development and refinement of program policies, guidance, and evaluation tools Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, performance risks, and areas for improvement Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate analytical findings to both internal and external stakeholders Qualifications
Bachelor\u2019s degree in social sciences or business/public administration with significant coursework in relevant fields Minimum of 4 years of program management/analysis experience or equivalent education, training, and experience totaling 4 years in program analysis/management Experience in programmatic analysis and monitoring of federal grants for states, tribes, or nonprofits Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
