What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage software license compliance data and reporting to optimize resource usage across departments - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for operational and financial decision-making - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with software licensing terms and business requirements - Develop and deliver reports, ensuring quality data audits and analysis are performed - Mentor and coach team members on software licensing effectiveness and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software asset management or related field - Working knowledge of software discovery tools and software licensing contracts - Ability to interpret and understand contract licensing terms - Advanced proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookups and Index Matching - Strong analytical skills with the ability to document and present data effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with specific server publishers such as Informatica, RedHat, Citrix, Tibco, MicroFocus/OpenText, Broadcom/VMware - Familiarity with data quality improvement processes and techniques
