Overview
Sr. Financial Analyst, Manufacturing Supply Chain role at Mondelēz International. You will perform detailed finance work, transactions, and data structuring under the guidance of the Senior Finance Manager. You will collect data, maintain information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls. How You Will Contribute
Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks. Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment and ensure full compliance with policies. Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director). Support projects to improve efficiencies and ways of working with a mindset of continuous improvement. Contribute to a high‑performing Finance team and invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers. What You Will Bring (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis, build financial models, and create dynamic reports. Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Demonstrated ability to use financial software and ERP systems (SAP). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly. Proactive problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail. Main Responsibilities
Support the Plant Controller with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives. Support the monthly closure process for manufacturing financials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Provide financial analysis and insights to support capital investment decisions, cost reduction initiatives, and product development projects. Conduct financial variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for cross-functional projects. Maintain a strong internal controls environment to ensure accuracy of financial data and safeguarding of company assets. Location and Schedule
Chicago Plant, 7300 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60629. The first three months the employee will be onsite 5 days per week. After that, hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 remote. Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800, with exact salary based on experience, skills, education, and budget. Eligible for a bonus program with potential for overachievement based on performance and company results.
