Serve as the main point of contact in the execution of projects involving the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data relevant to litigation or investigations. Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows, proactively identify and mitigate risk, apply quality control, address technical challenges to make data discoverable, viewable and useful. Lead a team of e-Discovery forensic data collection engineers. Communicate with client and team members regarding upcoming commitments, deadlines, project status updates, and issues or challenges. Maintain coordination with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and establish project goals. Oversee end-to-end project management and execution (planning, resourcing, organizing, reviewing) to meet client deadlines. Lead external and internal meetings to review work results. Ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed and perform quality control checks. Provide end-to-end project support for data collection, database administration and management, and analysis; gather requirements, develop and maintain project plans and documents. Manage daily electronic data discovery collection efforts including digital forensic data collections. Utilize Relativity and similar eDiscovery tools to collaborate and review workflows with clients. Produce thorough documentation and summaries of the team’s data collection efforts, tracking, and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; preferred fields include computer science, information management, data science, or related areas. 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Exceptional client service and relationship-building abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fast learner, capable of adapting to new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Preferred attributes

Familiarity with industry-standard review and production tools (Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, etc.). Experience with FTK, EnCase, Macquisition, Paladin, Kali is advantageous but not required. Extensive experience with standard eDiscovery methodology and best practices. Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Experience using Relativity Server and Relativity One as an advanced user and database administrator. Document review management experience is beneficial but not required. Your journey at A&M

Salary range is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is offered based on performance.
