to ours Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of the monthly financial reports for management, and the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Month End Closing: Assist the Controller in the month end closing process, ensure all accounting entries are booked timely, ensure completeness of monthly accruals, manage the monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and review the completeness and accuracy of the monthly financial statements. Intercompany Reconciliation: Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliations with Lactalis affiliates, review the monthly intercompany report from group office, and resolve discrepancies if any. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to ensure a smooth audit process. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide meaningful insights to senior management for informed decision-making. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance accounting processes and procedures to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with evolving accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations, supply chain, and sales, to understand business operations and provide financial guidance and support. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred. Proven experience (7+ years) in progressively responsible accounting roles, including supervisory or managerial experience. Thorough understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards. Experience in the food manufacturing industry or a related manufacturing field is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in using accounting software (SAP is a plus), HFM, and MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Benefits
