As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will engage with existing Schwab clients, providing wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you’ll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals. If you currently have your securities license, enjoy working in a team setting, and share our passion for serving clients, this role is for you. Responsibilities
Procure with the practice of existing Schwab clients, providing wealth management and financial planning guidance. Grow a client practice through asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. Required Qualifications
A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during tenure Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build strong relationships, engage and earn client trust, and deepen client relationships via focused communication strategies Willingness to leverage Schwab specialists, advice guidelines, market knowledge, and action-inspired guidance to help clients achieve goals Openness to manage wealth including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Adaptability to changing market and business conditions Passion for community engagement to discuss market conditions and investing principles Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience while pursuing professional development in Wealth Management What’s in it for you
