We are looking for an innovative Full Stack Engineer to accelerate our product and systems development in a fast-paced, startup environment. Demonstrate a strong vision for best-in-class software architecture and security. Design, build, and release high-quality product features in a timely manner. Understand trade-offs between technologies (SQL vs NoSQL) and design resilient, maintainable systems. AI-Driven Development:
Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve system delivery. Build accurate context for AI agents, create safeguards, and be proficient with modern development platforms. Pragmatic Delivery & Quality:
Comprehensive front-end and back-end testing expertise and a strong QA process understanding, including performance testing and tuning. Collaborative Excellence:
Be an outstanding team member, mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the team's success. Product-Oriented Communication:
Work with product and other business functions to discuss feature feasibility and explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Leadership Potential:
Show the capacity to grow into a leadership role as the team expands. Qualifications
