Cloyd & System Administrator
to join our team. This is a hands-on role that blends top level help desk escalation support with system administration responsibilities. Youll handle escalations, assist with implementations, and work across a variety of environments including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and networking. Its a great fit for someone ready to stretch beyond the service desk and grow into more advanced project and systems work. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr What Youll Do Act as an escalation resource for desktop, server, and networking issues Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP services Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange (on-prem and cloud), and email migrations Assist with Azure, Citrix, and VMware environment management and projects Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and VPNs (SonicWALL, Layer 2/3, VLANs) Support server hardware, storage, and backup solutions Document client environments, recurring fixes, and processes in RMM/PSA tools Participate in after-hours or on-call rotation as needed for escalations and maintenance
What Were Looking For
At least 1 year of MSP experience Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Working knowledge of Azure, VMware, and Citrix environments Familiarity with RMM, PSA, and documentation tools Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate clearly with end users Ability to balance multiple client needs and stay calm under pressure Competitive salary in the $80,000 $90,000 range 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing Paid vacation, holidays, and PTO Career growth opportunities with training and certifications Hybrid flexibility (primarily at home with a few client visits per month)
