We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator with MSP background to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives on solving complex issues, balancing day-to-day support with more advanced infrastructure and cloud administration. Youll be the escalation point for technical challenges that go beyond Tier 1/2, while also working hands-on with servers, networks, and cloud platforms. In this role, youll take ownership of escalated tickets, implement system upgrades, and support client environments ranging from traditional on-premises networks to modern cloud-first deployments. Youll also contribute to project work, including Microsoft 365 migrations, virtualization deployments, and security improvements. This position requires the ability to work independently and clear communication with both technical peers and non-technical users. What Youll Do

Serve as an escalation point for complex tickets, ensuring timely resolution Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and VPN solutions Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure workloads Support VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments, including migrations and upgrades Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and network devices Assist with client projects such as cloud migrations, security hardening, and infrastructure refreshes Document systems, solutions, and client configurations for consistency across the team Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to Tier 1/2 engineers What You Bring

36 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year of MSP experience Proficiency with Windows Server administration and Microsoft 365 Hands-on experience with networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs) and virtualization platforms Familiarity with Azure or other cloud services Strong troubleshooting ability and escalation experience Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and end users Benefits Include
