Strategic Solutions Engineer – Pre-Sales, Conversational AI (Onsite, SF or NYC)

We’re hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to join a high-growth AI startup shaping the future of enterprise customer experience. This is a foundational technical role at the intersection of pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture. You’ll serve as a trusted consultant to prospects and customers, helping integrate cutting-edge AI-native solutions into complex enterprise ecosystems.

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and design high-ROI customer solutions
  • Build custom demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders from engineers to the C-suite
  • Serve as the technical voice throughout the sales cycle

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years in a customer-facing sales engineering / pre-sales role
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences
  • Experience architecting and delivering technical demos or proof-of-concepts
  • Familiarity with GTM systems and workflows
  • Team-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
