Overview
SAP ABAP Developer role at Jobs via Dice. 12 month contract (with possible extension up to 3 years). Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7.5 hour work day with 0.5 hour unpaid lunch. Paid time off details are not provided in this description. Overtime is not permitted unless authorized in advance. Contingent Worker is required to badge in and out of the turnstiles located in the lobby for all daily entrances and exits.

Responsibilities
- Prepare Technical Specification, Unit Test Plan, Implementation Plan and User Training
- Configure HR module as per the business requirements
- Design and develop SAP ABAP objects (reports, forms, enhancements) to meet RICEFW requirements
- Follow Object Oriented Programming practices
- Follow CTS process
Skills
- Proficiency in HR ABAP Programming
- Familiarity with Infotypes
- Experience with RICEF objects
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP with focus on HR Workflows, Reports, Dialog Programming, Interfaces, Smart Forms, Scripts, Adobe Forms, WebDynpro, Enhancement Framework
- Good to have SAP HR functional/configuration knowledge
- Experience with payroll 3 schema and configuration
- Perform end-to-end development activities: Building prototypes, Effort estimation, Writing Technical design, Development, Unit Testing, Code Review, Production support, UAT/System/Integration testing support, Deployment
- Expert in ABAP debugging and ability to analyze existing processes/programs and provide innovative solutions
