Senior Building Automation Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Building Automation Project Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple building automation projects of varying complexities, ensuring client satisfaction, effective resource allocation, and safe, timely completion. Responsibilities
Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions; establish comprehensive project schedules in coordination with the team and identify critical installation timelines. Oversee procurement of supplies and materials; participate in project cost reviews to ensure financial efficiency. Assist the Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors, coordinating their activities to align with scope, schedules, and fiscal requirements; ensure adherence to safety regulations. Conduct orientations for project technicians and provide all necessary project documentation (scope of work, technical drawings, project contacts, and application-engineered diagrams). Track project resources and progress; document events impacting schedule, scope, and efficiency; identify and pursue opportunities for change orders. Manage project-specific billing coordination with the accounting team and Operations Manager; schedule commissioning resources, expedite the return of mark-ups for as-built development, and ensure timely completion of close-out documentation. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or state-recognized GED 2+ years of project management experience in the HVAC controls or related industry Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet) Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and limited violations Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 8+ years of project management experience in the HVAC controls industry About Siemens

Pay range for this position: $90,510 - $155,160 annually with a target incentive of 10% of base salary. Actual pay may vary based on budget, candidate experience, and location.
