We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Director of Operations
to lead a
multi-location physician practice . This key leadership role will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, manage financial performance, and ensure excellence in patient and staff satisfaction. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across four practice locations with 100+ employees. Develop and implement operational policies to ensure efficiency and consistency. Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize revenue cycle. Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff while fostering collaboration and accountability. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and OSHA standards. Enhance patient care, engagement, and satisfaction. Partner with leadership and physicians to drive long-term strategic planning and practice growth. Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring cost-effective agreements. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Healthcare or Business Administration (Masters preferred). 57+ years of healthcare operations leadership, preferably in a
multi-location physician practice . Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, billing/contract negotiations, and revenue cycle management. Proven financial management and budgeting expertise. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in OB/GYN or womens health practices is a plus. What We Offer
