Provide wealth management and financial planning advice to existing Schwab clients and build lasting relationships based on trust and client outcomes. Grow the practice over time through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals. Collaborate with a team of Schwab specialists and apply Schwab guidelines to help clients progress toward their goals. What you haveRequired Qualifications
A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during tenure Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build strong relationships, engage clients, and deepen relationships by applying a focused client communication strategy and exceeding client expectations Willingness to leverage team support, market knowledge, and guidance to help clients achieve their goals Openness to manage wealth including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Ability to adapt to market and business changes Passion for community engagement and discussing market conditions and sound investing principles with clients Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience and pursue ongoing professional development in Wealth Management As required by SAFE Act, registration with the NMLS registry for residential loan mortgage originations and related background checks What’s in it for you We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for incentive compensation.
