CTI technology experience: Genesys Cloud, AMC, and Ingenius. Proficient Salesforce technologies: Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, JavaScript, Apex, Workflow, Validation, Approval Processes, Triggers, Reports, Salesforce Lightning, Analytics Cloud, Dashboards, Visualforce (Pages, Components & Controllers), Security Controls, Email Templates, SOAP, REST, Platform Events, Workbench, MuleSoft, Dev Console, VS Code, Schema Browser, and Force.com IDE Plugin on Eclipse.
