The SAM division is a Group-wide function dedicated to solving customer challenges by leveraging LSEGs products and services across financial markets. Our One LSEG approach places the customer at the center, delivering integrated solutions that drive success for clients and the business. As Head of Americas Account Management, you will shape and execute strategy and drive revenue while leading a team of ~150 professionals. Responsibilities
Define and drive strategic initiatives to grow market share and deepen client relationships. Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and customer focus. Operate in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with leaders across divisions to deliver unified client outcomes. Lead Americas go-to-market teams through clear vision, strategy and execution. Serve as a key leader on the SAM Leadership Team. Drive current and future product and revenue growth through the Americas Account Management team. Partner with Sales Leadership to define and uphold expectations for sales productivity and ensure investments align with strategic and financial goals. Provide leadership to Account Management leadership to drive revenue and retention targets. Develop and maintain a customer-focused AM structure aligned with priorities. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop top talent across strategic locations. Set performance expectations; provide coaching and development opportunities. Build trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at senior levels. Represent LSEG in strategic partnerships and engage high-value clients. Ensure the AM organization is optimally aligned to deliver exceptional external experiences and internal talent development. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity to shape strategic decisions. What we are looking for
Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, proven leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client value. 15+ years of sales and account management experience. Knowledge of financial/economic principles and markets. Experience leading diverse teams, fostering inclusion and driving employee engagement. Strong commercial skills and growth mindset. Extensive stakeholder management capabilities and a trusted advisor. Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple priorities. Ability to prioritize and maintain discipline in achieving goals. The anticipated base salary for this position is $288,000 - $480,200. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. This role is eligible for the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
