What you will do
Provide leadership and strategic direction for pharmacy services in a multi-hospital system, including 340B program management, contracting, and procurement. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial teams to optimize medication use, procurement, and cost management. Minimum Qualifications
Apexus Certification Knowledge of HRSA and Office of Pharmacy Affairs Guidelines Knowledge in contracting, pharmaceutical purchasing, and inventory systems Experience working with large data sets and manipulating data for pivot tables and dashboards/KPIs Experience working in a 340B program in a multi-hospital system or large FQHC system Accounting principles, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, market and supplier research and analysis Completion of Masters Degree in Business Administration or Master of Health Administration Minimum of four (4) years management experience in 340B operations How To Apply
