This role is for a Manager or Senior Manager who supports the Marketing Planning & Strategy team, focusing on workforce planning, location strategy, and position management across the marketing organization. The ideal candidate manages large, complex datasets, collaborates across teams, and converts strategic needs into scalable, automated workflows.

Responsibilities
Headcount Management:
Guide and manage headcount against the hiring plans for a +2,000 person organization; track hiring progress and ensure quarterly budget targets are met; hold functional teams accountable to hiring plans and KPIs through structured reporting and governance Headcount Reporting and Analytics:
Build dashboards and automation using Tableau to streamline reporting; lead the quarterly audit of headcount data for accuracy in the system of record; ensure consistency in workforce data across teams; implement standard processes to maintain workforce and headcount data in a scalable way Workforce Location Strategy:
Ensure day-to-day position requests align with long-range goals and actively track progress against workforce targets; work with Employee Success teams to ensure marketing is aligned with future location strategy goals Governance and Enablement:
Define and update processes for headcount governance and workforce planning; provide training, enablement, and documentation for business stakeholders as needed Business Partnering:
Work closely with marketing and wider organization partners to guide decision-making; collaborate and communicate effectively across matrix organizations Required Skills and Experience
6+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, Business Operations, or a related field Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; experience managing scalable databases is preferred Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and solving problems Motivated, proactive self-starter able to work independently Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with worldwide teams Experience with tools like Tableau, Slack, Workday is a plus Additional Information Unleash Your Potential: When you join Salesforce, you\'ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
