As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements from business stakeholders, and collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Responsibilities

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery; analyze and solve challenges with analytical thinking. Regular travel to meet with clients to build relationships and understand their needs. Key responsibilities include: Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Facilitating requirement gathering and leading design workshops during explore, configuration, and unit testing phases; documenting functional specifications for design gaps during build; assisting the client in testing cycles; delivering training prior to go-live; providing post go-live support. Staying current with annual releases of new Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities from SAP. Collaborating within a team across workstreams (procurement, project systems, finance, quality management, production, materials management, warehouse management, supply chain, IBP) to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions. Skills And Attributes For Success To excel in this role, you will need a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial. In typical engagements, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide guidance on SAP asset management system capabilities. You will lead requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, documentation, and functional design, and manage configurations and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems. The following skills and attributes will make a significant impact: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree. Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years of experience working with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Strong technical skills in application functional design. Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you’ll also have

Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience SAP Certification(s) Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy) Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of SAP asset management Experience with one of the following additional licensed products:

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
