Overview
Kharon is seeking a full-time, in-office Salesforce Administrator based in Washington D.C. or Denver. This role requires in-office attendance. Responsibilities
Review, validate, and process weekly/monthly reports from resellers, submitted orders, opportunities, and commission reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Monitor system performance, implement updates and patches, optimize storage, and document configurations and troubleshooting guides. Build and maintain workflow rules, approval processes, and automation using Flows, Rollup Helper, and other tools to streamline business operations. Customize Salesforce with custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to align with evolving business needs. Provide day-to-day user support by managing Salesforce cases, troubleshooting issues, and implementing proactive solutions to reduce recurring problems. Ensure data quality by performing audits, deduplication, data cleansing, and enforcing governance policies across all records. Manage data imports and exports, ensuring cleanliness and accuracy. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Maintain and troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ to support approvals, quoting, pricing accuracy, and reporting, ensuring compliance with business strategies. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to refine processes, gather requirements, and implement system improvements that align with company goals. Provide CPQ training and user support through hands-on sessions, self-service materials, and ongoing assistance to improve adoption and efficiency. Qualifications
Must have working expertise in Salesforce CPQ quoting, configuration, and customization. Strong data management skills, including data cleansing, deduplication, imports, and exports. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferably 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a sales-driven or SaaS environment. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required. Certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or CPQ Specialist preferred. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for system updates and enhancements is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for user issues and system enhancements. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales, finance, and operations teams.
