The one-stop shop provides office services such as faxing, copying, printing, notary public, private mailbox rental, and shipping services.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Danville, CA with PostalAnnex+. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience at the store.

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers Previous experience in a customer-facing role Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team High school diploma or equivalent Responsibilities
Team Player with a Positive Attitude Can lift up to 40 lbs Good Computer Skills Friendly and willing to learn and listen Comfortable interacting and working with customers Must be able to handle multiple tasks; ringing up sales, processing shipping transactions (UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL), making copies and processing print jobs, sorting mail, packaging, laminating, binding Cleaning U-Haul truck rental: inspection, cleaning rental equipment, serving customers in person and on the telephone, and using the computer to prepare rental contracts and invoices Notary Public (nice to have) Willing to stay long-term (minimum 1 year) Experience in other Postal Annex, UPS, FedEx, or similar stores is preferred but NOT required Job Type:
