Assistant Store Manager - PostalAnnex (Full-Time)
Location: Poway, California Pay: $19-22/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30–6:00 + Sat 9:00–4:00 (Sundays off) Hours: ~48.5/week (Full-time) About Us
We are an independently owned PostalAnnex franchise offering a variety of business support services including shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL), printing, notary, and retail supplies. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused full-time manager to run day-to-day operations and help our store thrive. Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service Manage shipping transactions and systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) Oversee printing, copying, laminating, notary, passport photo, and packaging services Supervise and schedule support staff Handle inventory, supplies, and bank deposits Open/close the store daily and maintain a clean, organized environment Assist with monthly reports and business performance tracking Requirements
Prior experience in retail, logistics, print shop, or shipping store preferred Leadership experience (supervisor or assistant manager) is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Tech-savvy and fast learner (POS, shipping software, printer/copier use) Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and people-friendly Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must be available Monday–Saturday as scheduled What We Offer
