Senior Business Analyst

to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance visitor experience and operational efficiency. This role requires strong business analysis expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and proficiency in process improvement and system implementation methodologies. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, document solutions, and support the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Conduct discussions and meetings with C-Suite and senior leadership to capture strategic vision and translate it into actionable requirements. Perform in-depth analysis of studio tour operations, identifying areas of improvement in visitor flow, ticketing, merchandise sales, and guest satisfaction. Gather and document business and system requirements from diverse stakeholders including tour guides, operations, marketing, and IT teams. Develop and propose functional solutions addressing operational challenges, ranging from process enhancements to technology implementations or new product offerings. Produce high-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), use cases, and user stories. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder management. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to staff adopting new systems or processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization and efficiency. Technical Profile

Proven expertise in business analysis with 1012 years of experience in process improvement and system implementations. Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in documentation tools and project management frameworks. Familiarity with technology implementations in ticketing, retail/merchandise systems, and visitor experience platforms. Functional Profile

Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and operational staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into practical solutions. Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Background in tourism, hospitality, or entertainment industries (preferred). Skills Summary
