Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and vendors, ensuring properties are well-maintained, financially stable, and compliant. Oversee budgets, leasing operations, and service providers while driving tenant satisfaction. Coordinate move-ins and renewals, negotiate with vendors, and track occupancy trends. Resolve tenant concerns in real time and provide ownership with accurate financial and operational reporting to support long-term property performance. Qualifications
35 years of property management experience with residential or mixed-use properties. Proven skills in tenant relations and lease administration. Strong knowledge of DC landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations. Experience managing operating budgets, rent collection, and expense reporting. Ability to oversee maintenance and vendor contracts. Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio. Excellent organizational and communication skills in fast-paced environments. Compensation
This is a temporary role in Washington, DC, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Compensation ranges from $28$42 per hour, depending on experience. Base pay range : $28.00/hr - $42.00/hr How to Apply
