$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Manage sales team by leading & motivating for optimal performance to achieve goals Oversee team's schedule for seamless store operations Manage and maintain store visual standards Ensure sales team is proactively following up and building relationship with clients Communicate monthly targets to sales team and provide support as needed Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
