Our client specializes in extremely high-end vintage jewelry. The company targets ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with items priced from $50,000 to multi-million dollar pieces. It operates in high-end retail spaces and by appointment only exhibitions in select international locations. The company has chosen Bal Harbour to open its second location. Objective of the Role
The Store Manager will have the primary responsibility of managing the Bal Harbour store, driving sales, overseeing a small team, and collaborating closely with senior management on marketing strategies and client relationship development. The role is crucial during the opening phase of the new store and aims to achieve significant sales performance while cultivating a clientele base. Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury retail, ideally with experience in the jewelry sector. They should be adept at engaging with ultra-high-net-worth clients, with transferable expertise from areas such as yachts or real estate considered as valuable. The candidate should have the seniority necessary to manage a high-end boutique effectively. Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the Bal Harbour store, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance. Oversee and mentor a team of 2-3 staff members, fostering a collaborative and client-focused environment. Develop and implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with senior management. Build strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients through personalized clienteling and networking. Participate actively in the opening and establishment of the new store location, including managing inventory and logistics. Requirements
Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within the fine jewelry industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to participate in process development and operational improvements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve high sales figures. No remote work will be available; the position is based at the Bal Harbour location.
