Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient GTM Architect to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing our go-to-market systems, processes, and data flows that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The GTM Architect will serve as a cross-functional partner, aligning business strategy with scalable technology solutions to drive revenue efficiency and growth. As a GTM Architect, you will own our GTM Tech Stack and bring innovation to the team to improve to accelerate growth at EverDriven. Salary Range:

$130,000-150,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential Location

- Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. How You Will Make an Impact: Strategic GTM Architecture Design and evolve the GTM tech stack to support scalable revenue operations. Partner with sales, marketing, and CS leadership to define business requirements and translate them into functional architectures. Evaluate and recommend tools and integrations that align with GTM strategy and enable seamless data flow. System Design and Optimization Own the architecture and integration of core platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Clay, Avoma, Kluster, CPQ, NetSuite, Datawarehouses). Drive system enhancements and optimization initiatives to improve process automation and user experience. Ensure data consistency, accessibility, and governance across platforms. Process Innovation & Execution Analyze current GTM processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices in lead management, territory planning, pipeline health tracking, and forecasting. Data and Analytics Define architecture for data flow and reporting between systems to enable accurate and timely dashboards and KPIs. Collaborate with BI and RevOps Strategy & Operations teams to build scalable reporting frameworks. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a strategic liaison between Revenue Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, territory realignments, or pricing model changes. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or similar roles. Expertise with GTM tech stack components: Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement tools, data enrichment, etc. Deep understanding of sales/marketing/customer success workflows and lifecycle stages. Experience designing complex system integrations and scalable architectures. Preferred: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of RevOps best practices and metrics (e.g., Funnel conversion rates, ARR, NRR). Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and API integrations.
