DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation processes. This role involves working with AWS services, infrastructure automation, logging and monitoring systems, and collaborating with senior engineers to improve operational efficiency in a cloud-native environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD for Plume Open Sync Cloud and CBU-related updates. Support infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible, ensuring seamless deployments and configurations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across AWS infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, S3, ALB, and Route53. Develop and maintain scripting solutions in Python and Bash for automation and deployment tasks. Enhance system monitoring and observability by improving logging (Fluent Bit, Loki, ELK) and alerting (Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana) mechanisms. Document processes and best practices while collaborating with senior engineers to expand expertise in cloud-native DevOps tooling. Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. Hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure management (EKS, EC2, S3, ALB, Route53). Expertise in infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible. Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and deployment tasks. Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Fluent Bit, Loki, ELK, Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana. Excellent troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to system optimization and issue resolution.
