What You Will Be Doing
As a member of the Strategy & Consulting team, you will partner directly with C-level executives and senior leaders to transform their business. You will lead strategic consulting engagements focused on digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will also build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, design and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and guide project teams. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic consulting engagements for energy retailers and utilities focused on digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiency Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, aligning project goals to business strategy Design and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and support revenue growth Guide and manage project teams, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring delivery excellence Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and engaging in client pursuits Contribute to internal thought leadership by staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies Foster a high-performance team culture through mentorship and collaboration
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in the Utilities industry, particularly in Customer Service or Customer Transformation project delivery 2+ years of functional experience with SAP or Oracle platforms Proven expertise in Meter-to-Cash operations and related technologies Experience leading or supporting Customer Information System (CIS) implementations or replacements Strong collaboration and mentoring skills Ability to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
Desired Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in consulting or advisory roles Trusted advisor capabilities with experience in business process design Expertise in design thinking workshops and facilitation Business case development and financial modeling experience Agile delivery methodology experience Operating model design experience Change management certification or experience Experience working with C-level executives and senior leadership teams
Pay:
