Manage release schedules and coordinate deployment efforts across projects. Facilitate collaboration among development, QA, and operations teams for seamless release processes. Conduct release planning meetings and maintain detailed documentation. Identify and mitigate risks associated with release activities. Implement best practices and standardized processes for release management. Monitor and report on release progress, providing updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements during release cycles. Troubleshoot issues arising during releases and develop solutions. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating technical details. Qualifications
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, DevOps). Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Experience coordinating large-scale software releases. Proficiency in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with project management tools such as Digital AI (VersionOne). Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk. Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence and SharePoint. Details
