Coordinate and deliver multiple, simultaneous building automation projects of varying complexity, ensuring client satisfaction, effective resource allocation, and safe, timely completion. Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions, establish comprehensive project schedules with the team, and identify installation timelines. Oversee procurement of supplies and materials, participate in project cost reviews to ensure financial efficiency, and assist in subcontractor contracting and coordinating activities to align with scope, schedules, and fiscal requirements while enforcing safety regulations. Provide orientations for project technicians, delivering necessary documentation such as scope of work, technical drawings, project contacts, and application-engineered diagrams. Track project resources and progress, document events impacting schedule/scope/efficiency, and pursue opportunities for project-specific change orders. Coordinate project-specific billing with the accounting team and Operations Manager, schedule commissioning resources, expedite return of markups for as-built development, and ensure timely close-out documentation. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or state-recognized GED On-the-job experience with project management in the HVAC controls or construction industry HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams; familiarity with Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred 5+ years project management experience in the HVAC controls industry 5+ years building automation experience About Siemens
