The Gift Processing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the philanthropic mission of the organization by ensuring the accurate and timely entry of all charitable contributions into the Foundation's CRM system. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of donor and gift data, generating tax acknowledgments, and supporting financial reconciliation processes. In addition to data entry, the role provides operational support across multiple functions, including donor communications, pledge tracking, and process documentation. This role requires an employee who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external donors. Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) Preferred candidates will possess five years' experience in office administration, information management and financial reporting within a philanthropy/fundraising environment. Advanced computer skills, database, and financial reporting. Experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
