Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Physics and 3 years of related work experience. Experience with Linux System Administration (e.g., RHEL 6.0+). Experience with VMware and related virtualized systems. CompTIA Security+ within 90 days after starting in the role. Current TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance is required day 1. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced experience configuring, deploying, and supporting network systems (e.g., Cisco, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ASA, Brocade). Experience troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3. Experience with Firewall implementation and knowledge. Scripting in Python (preferred); Bash, Shell. Experience integrating with identity management, access management, and authorization solutions (PKI, LDAP). Experience with Agile Development Methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe). Experience with scanning tools. Basic experience using automation frameworks.
