Cloud Solution Architect Cloud & AI Data Platform
with deep knowledge in data platforms and analytics to support customers in building secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure. In this customer-facing role, youll guide organizations through their data modernization and AI journeysleading architectural design sessions, proof-of-concept initiatives, and production deployments for mission-critical workloads. Your focus will be on ensuring performance, resiliency, and security across solutions that drive measurable business value. As a key member of the Cloud & AI Data Platform team, youll use established repeatable IP and execution frameworks to deliver high-quality outcomes and accelerate solution adoption. Operates according to required operational excellence and proven practice standards throughout all sales stages/activities/tools of record with minimal guidance. Collaborates across Microsoft and customer/partner teams through on-strategy delivery to achieve objectives and increase customer satisfaction. Contributes to managing business and technical risks, adapting methodology and applying governance principles to identify, communicate, and minimize risks. Executes work in compliance with guidelines and procedures. Prioritizes among competing demands to align with business priorities and goals. Identifies, escalates, and mitigates blockers to accelerate solution deployment, value realization and usage with minimal guidance. Develops business, technical, industry, and enterprise knowledge and applies it to architecture or support projects to meet IT requirements and resolve constraints. Identifies new opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion at scale based on business value and the Microsoft value proposition for supported platforms to empower cloud success, security, resiliency, and AI innovation. Listens to customers/partners, builds trust, and advocates for alternative architectures/solutions. Captures opportunities in appropriate systems and collaborates across the organization to execute opportunities aligned with Microsoft's Customer Engagement Model. Delivers solutions in line with company methodologies (e.g., value-based deliverables, advice, training, technical validation) to prepare customers for operational readiness and achieve business goals. Guides customers towards secure, resilient, AI-enabled, cost- and performance-optimized solutions to increase retention and expansion opportunities. Provides feedback to Unified Delivery Team on best practices. Customer Centricity

Learns customer goals, contributes to success criteria, and helps improve experience, value realization, and transformation acceleration. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting Other Requirements

Cloud Solution Architecture: IC3 base pay range USD 85,100 - 169,800 per year; IC4 base pay range USD 106,400 - 203,600 per year. Location-based variations apply.
