Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling incoming/outgoing mail Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements Assist with light event planning and coordination Work with vendors to manage office supplies, services, and maintenance needs Partner with IT to support desk moves and workstation setups Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff Ensure a professional, welcoming office environment for employees and guests Qualifications
