We’re seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support a growing retail manufacturing team in Rosemont, IL—just outside of Chicago. This role is 3 days per week and combines HR responsibilities with project coordination and office administration. Ideal candidates will have experience in benefits, payroll, and enjoy wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer employee benefits and process accurate, timely payroll
• Support HR operations including onboarding, compliance, and recordkeeping
• Assist with cross-functional project coordination and tracking
• Provide general office administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
